Electrical Engineer / Multiskilled Engineer / Service Technician required to join a leading provider of packaging and food processing machinery & solutions.
The Successful Electrical Engineer / Multiskilled Engineer / Service Technician will provide electrical and electromechanical repair, service and maintenance on food processing machinery, automated packaging machinery, material handling products and more at site in Preston.
The Electrical Engineer / Multiskilled Engineer / Service Technician will have an electrical bias and experience maintaining equipment such as conveyors, robotics, labelling machines, vacuum machines, flow wrappers, production lines and or other electromechanical machinery.

Role
- Will provide electrical and electromechanical repair, service and maintenance on food processing machinery, automated packaging machinery, material handling products and more at site in Preston.
- Be responsible for electrical repair, build and install of machinery such as conveyors, robotics, industrial chillers, labelling machines, vacuum machines, flow wrappers, production lines and or other electromechanical machinery.
- Install electromechanical machinery into all forms of the food & beverage manufacturing industry.
- Liaise with various engineering departments.
Requirements
- Experience as a Electrical Engineer, Multiskilled Engineer, Conveyor Engineer, Electromechanical Engineer, FMCG Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, Maintenance Technician, Service Technician or similar.
- Will have an electrical bias and experience maintaining equipment such as conveyors, robotics, labelling machines, vacuum machines, flow wrappers, production lines and or other electromechanical machinery.
- The ability in maintaining good professional working relationships with existing and new customers.
- Good working knowledge of three phase electrical work and diagnostic skills.
- An electrical engineering degree / qualification or apprentice trained, would be advantageous.
- Willingness to commute to site in Preston.
