This opportunity would suit an experienced BIM Manager, Digital Design Lead, or Senior BIM Coordinator with a strong background in complex architectural or multidisciplinary projects and proven experience using Bentley software.

Office: Farringdon, London

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5:30 pm. Hybrid working is available.

Duties:

  • Lead the implementation and management of BIM workflows and protocols across major UK and international projects.
  • Coordinate with project teams and external consultants to ensure model accuracy, clash detection, and data integrity.
  • Oversee the setup and development of Bentley BIM models and CDE platforms.
  • Organise and lead project meetings focused on digital delivery and standards.
  • Contribute to strategic digital innovation and align with business goals.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience using Bentley AECOsim/OpenBuildings Designer and ProjectWise.
  • A background in architecture, engineering, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Confident in leading digital delivery for complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
  • Comfortable representing the practice in client meetings and technical discussions.
  • Keen interest in Business Development, with the ability to support project pitches and grow a client network.
