This Area Sales Manager / Business Development Manager / Sales Engineer will operate remotely, based within the M25 Corridor covering the Greater London region, focusing on driving business development and managing key accounts for HVAC products such as Air Handling Units (AHU), Heat Recovery Units and a variety of fan equipment across the ventilation market into M&E Consultant and M&E Contractor channels.
The ideal Area Sales Manager / Business Development Manager / Technical Sales Engineer will have strong experience in selling and managing key accounts for HVAC products including Air Handling Units (AHU), Grilles, Ducting, Air Curtains, Heat Recovery Units and Air Purifiers, with a strong focus on business development, particularly specification sales.

Driving business development and the management of key accounts for a range of HVAC products within the ventilation market including Air Handling Units (AHU), Heat Recovery Units and a variety of fan equipment solutions into end-user channels.
Maintain and grow HVAC product sales of Air Handling Units (AHU), Grilles, Ducting, Air Curtains, Heat Recovery Units and Air Purifiers through demonstrations, exhibitions, and negotiations to achieve targets.
Work closely with the National Sales Manager to offer technical expertise, implement sales strategies to customers
Consistently growing technical and professional knowledge through personal network and professional society participation
Strong relationship building skills with M&E Contractors and M&E Consultants
Operate fully remote, based within the M25 Corridor to cover the Greater London regionArea Sales Manager / Business Development Manager / Sales Engineer Requirements:
Experience as a Key Account Manager, Account Manager, Area Sales Manager, Sales Engineer, Business Development Manager, Technical Sales Engineer, or similar role within the HVAC, mainly ventilation or air cooling, cooling industry areas
A technical qualification such as Apprentice-trained, HNC, HND, or Degree would be advantageous.
Selling and management of key accounts within HVAC products, such as including Air Handling Units (AHU), Grilles, Ducting, Air Curtains, Heat Recovery Units and Air Purifiers or similar ventilation products.
Willingness to work fully remote from home with regular travel to customer sites across the Greater London region.
Full clean driving license required
