Join a global, leading HVAC manufacturer as a Business Development Manager / Area Sales Manager / Sales Manager. This role will operate remotely, covering Cambridge, Essex, East Anglia and Kent, focusing on driving business development and managing key accounts for HVAC products such as Air Handling Units (AHU), fans, fan coils, chillers, dampers, diffusers, and wider ventilation equipment directly into M&E Consultants.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in selling and managing key accounts for HVAC products, with a focus on business development, particularly specification sales into M&E Consultants.
Package:
- £50,000-£60,000

Role:
- Drive business development and manage key accounts for a range of HVAC products within the ventilation market.
- Maintain and grow HVAC product sales through demonstrations, exhibitions, and negotiations to achieve targets.
- Work closely with the Sales Director to offer technical expertise and implement sales strategies.
- Consistently grow technical and professional knowledge through personal network and professional society participation.
- Build strong relationships with M&E Consultants.
- Operate fully remote, with travel across Cambridge, East Anglia, Essex and Kent for meetings and client discussions.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Key Account Manager, Account Manager, Area Sales Manager, Sales Engineer, Business Development Manager, Technical Sales Engineer, or similar role within the HVAC industry.
- A technical qualification such as Apprentice-trained, HNC, HND, or Degree would be advantageous.
- Experience in selling and managing key accounts within HVAC products.
- Willingness to work fully remote from home with regular travel to engage with clients.
- Full clean driving license required.
