We are looking for a committed and competitive Team Manager to join our award-winning sales team. As a business, we look to hire hungry, and driven sales people or graduates who truly want to make a career for themselves and put themselves in a position where they can earn a life changing amount of money, and these people need managers with a similar drive to lead them.

Duties in the Team Manager role
- Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the recruitment team, including setting goals, performance expectations, and monitoring progress.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs, provide consultation on recruitment strategies, and ensure high client satisfaction.
- Team Development: Coach and mentor team members to enhance their recruitment skills, knowledge, and performance through training programs, regular feedback, and professional development opportunities.
- Performance Management: Monitor team performance against KPIs & targets, and take corrective actions as needed to ensure goals are met or exceeded.
- Candidate Management: Oversee the candidate screening and selection process, ensuring a positive candidate experience and alignment with client requirements.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform recruitment strategies and identify new business opportunities.
