Refrigeration Sales Manager / Sales Manager / Commercial Manager is required to join a leading Refrigeration company in the United States, specialising in supermarket and large-scale commercial refrigeration solutions.

The successful Refrigeration Sales Manager / Sales Manager / Commercial Manager will be responsible for developing new business, managing existing customer relationships, and driving revenue growth across the Florida region.

An ideal Refrigeration Sales Manager / Sales Manager / Commercial Manager will work closely with contractors, consultants, and end-users within the supermarket refrigeration sector, providing technical sales support and building long-term partnerships.

Package and Location

Base Salary: $130k – $165k

Location: Florida

Experience: at least 4 years supermarket refrigeration

  • Minimum of 4 years’ proven sales experience within supermarket refrigeration (rack systems, walk-in coolers/freezers, display cases, or parallel compressor systems).

  • Based ideally in Central Florida, though candidates anywhere in Florida will be considered if willing to travel extensively across the state.
