Territory Sales Manager/Sales Manager/Residential Sales Manager is required to join a leading HVAC organisation, driving dealer engagement, strategic growth initiatives, and market share development across the Central Division.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop the annual HVAC business plan in alignment with divisional leadership
  • Create and manage new dealer recruitment programs and incentive structures
  • Establish and maintain divisional pricing strategies
  • Implement a dealer development training program for Territory Managers (TMs)
  • Streamline HVAC product offerings by branch to drive focus and improve inventory depth
  • Collaborate with Marketing to design and execute HVAC budgets, incentives, and dealer engagement campaigns

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline preferred
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in HVAC sales, business development, or dealer program management
  • Proven ability to develop strategic plans and execute complex initiatives
  • Strong knowledge of dealer incentive structures, training, and engagement programs

Package & Location:

  • $100K – $160K base salary, plus bonus and incentives
  • Medical, dental, vision, life insurance and 401K with company match
  • Based in Dallas, TX
