Required to join an innovative manufacturer of medical gas and industrial air systems in the Northeast. This company is a leader in medical and industrial air systems, specialising in compressors, medical gas systems, and vacuum solutions. The company continues to expand into sectors like healthcare, laboratories, food & beverage, and industrial markets. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional with expertise in compressors and air systems to drive growth, build partnerships, and lead sales initiatives across the Northeast.
Compensation: Base salary circa $90 to $130,000 annually DOE + Commissions. Health benefits and 401k. Remote with travel across the Northeast territory.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies across new and existing industry segments.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying, developing, and securing customer and channel partnerships.
- Lead technical discussions with major customers, engineering firms, and key accounts.
- Benchmark against competitors to refine sales strategies and maintain market leadership.
- Oversee distributor relationships and ensure growth through partner collaboration.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align sales strategies with business growth objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Technical Sales Representative / Regional Sales Manager / Territory Sales Manager in the medical gas, compressors, compressed air systems, or industrial equipment industries.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in technical sales, with a focus on compressed air, medical gas systems, or vacuum solutions.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to explain complex solutions to non-technical clients.
- Flexibility to travel across the Northeast territory as required.
