We’re seeking a Planning Manager to join a leading data centre delivery partner in Helsinki, Finland. This role develops, maintains, and reviews project schedules and controls procedures to ensure timely, successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and review master construction programmes and project controls procedures.
- Prepare progress reports and present updates to senior management.
- Liaise with stakeholders to track project progress, identify risks, and support proactive problem-solving.
- Manage project schedule resources across all phases: pre-construction, construction, commissioning.
- Create and maintain reporting tools to monitor achievement of goals and milestones.
- Conduct performance reviews and variance reporting, recommending corrective actions.
- Represent the Planning function in client and subcontractor meetings.
- Coordinate with teams to ensure planning practices align with company standards.
Skills & Experience:
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
- 6+ years’ construction experience, ideally in main contracting or data centre projects
- Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, planning processes, and methodologies
- Proficient in Primavera P6 and/or Asta Powerproject; BIM experience desirable
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Commercial awareness and understanding of contractual/project management principles
