We are currently representing a market-leading construction company within the Data Centre sector. Due to continued growth and a significant project pipeline across Europe, we are seeking an experienced OFCI Project Manager to join a major hyperscale data centre project in Finland. Reporting to the Project Director, the OFCI Project Manager will take ownership of all Owner‑Furnished, Contractor‑Installed (OFCI) electrical packages and serve as the key interface among the client, vendors, and project stakeholders. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and stakeholder management experience to ensure client‑supplied equipment is delivered, coordinated, and installed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

The OFCI Project Manager will be responsible for:
- Acting as the primary point of contact between the client, OFCI vendors, and project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Managing the OFCI team to ensure all works are engineered, planned, and installed in accordance with project requirements
- Coordinating client‑supplied electrical equipment to align with construction schedules and project milestones
- Supporting engineering, programme, and commissioning activities through effective stakeholder engagement
- Leading weekly progress meetings with the client, OFCI vendors, and key project stakeholders
- Supporting commercial and contractual discussions while helping to mitigate disputes and project risks
The OFCI Project Manager will have the following:
- Minimum of 8 years' experience working with an M&E Contractor, preferably within the Data Centre sector
- Qualified Electrical Engineer or equivalent technical qualification is essential
- Proven experience managing OFCI packages or client‑supplied equipment on large‑scale construction projects
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, construction sequencing, commissioning, and project delivery processes
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to coordinate multiple vendors and project teams
