You’ll be the person clients trust to bring together technical know‑how, aesthetic sensitivity and calm, confident advice. Package
- Salary: £35,000–£42,000 (DOE)

Hours
Full‑time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm
Duties
- Consult with architects, lighting designers, interior designers and private clients to understand design intent and constraints
- Assess spaces and artworks, advising on strategies that balance conservation, aesthetics and practicality
- Translate client briefs into clear technical specifications and proposals
- Work closely with design, engineering and fabrication teams on bespoke solutions
- Support mock‑ups, site visits and installations to ensure flawless delivery
- Nurture long‑term relationships and represent the business at events, CPDs and presentations
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the Lighting Industry (or similar industry)
- Proven consultative sales or client‑facing experience in lighting, architecture, interior design, engineering, AV/controls or similar
- Solid working knowledge of LED technologies and modern illumination principles
- Ability to understand design intent and convert concepts into actionable technical information
- Confident, diplomatic communicator, comfortable with senior and high‑profile clients
- Strong eye for detail, aesthetics and craftsmanship
- Comfortable working in varied environments, from heritage buildings to luxury private estates
