The HVAC Installer/HVAC Technician/Installation Engineer will be responsible for performing HVAC installations in both residential and commercial properties. An ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and inspecting equipment, carrying out system installations, testing performance, troubleshooting operational issues, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The role involves interacting directly with customers, answering questions about system operation, and ensuring a professional service experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities
- Prepare, inspect, and stage equipment for installation
- Install HVAC systems in residential and commercial environments
- Test system functionality and ensure installations meet performance standards
- Troubleshoot any technical or operational issues during installation
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe worksite
- Communicate with customers regarding system use, maintenance, and general questions
- Work collaboratively with installation teams and office staff
Requirements
- Experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, or repair
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills
- Basic electrical and mechanical knowledge relevant to HVAC systems
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- EPA certification or similar qualifications are a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational HVAC training preferred
