We’re working with a leading data centre delivery partner who is seeking an EHS Adviser to join their team on site in Dublin. This role will support the project management team in ensuring all safety, health, and environmental standards are maintained at a high level.

The EHS Adviser will be responsible for:
- Supporting the Project Management team and site EHS management in delivering a safe working environment.
- Overseeing safety protocols to minimize risks for all personnel and visitors.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Reviewing method statements, risk assessments, safe plans of action, and permits to work.
- Conducting regular site audits and safety inspections; documenting findings and following up on corrective actions.
- Maintaining records of statutory inspections and ensuring availability for project activities, tools, and plant.
- Carrying out accident investigations and ensuring timely reporting to project management.
- Coordinating site inductions, training programs, and Toolbox talks.
- Supporting welfare, hygiene, and environmental initiatives, including waste reduction and recycling programs.
The EHS Adviser will have the following:
- Relevant third-level degree in Health & Safety or Técnico Superior de Seguridad no Trabalho (TSST)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience on large construction sites
- Thorough knowledge of current environmental, health, and safety legislation
- Strong communication and computer skills
- Ability to manage EHS issues efficiently and work independently or as part of a team
