Office Location: Aldgate, East London

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm

Duties

  • Deliver a broad range of building surveying services from inception to completion
  • Lead and support commissions across dilapidations, condition surveys, PPMs and pre‑acquisition work
  • Prepare and manage specifications, tender documents and contractor assessments
  • Act as Contract Administrator across commercial, public sector and mixed‑use projects
  • Lead on party wall and neighbourly matters, preparing notices and schedules of condition
  • Provide clear, practical advice to clients and keep them fully updated throughout each project

Requirements

  • Degree in Building Surveying
  • MRICS status (or committed to achieving chartership)
  • Experience across surveys, dilapidations, project work or clerk of works
  • AutoCAD and NBS knowledge beneficial
  • Organised, proactive and commercially aware
  • Full driving licence
