Office Location: Aldgate, East London
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
Duties
- Deliver a broad range of building surveying services from inception to completion
- Lead and support commissions across dilapidations, condition surveys, PPMs and pre‑acquisition work
- Prepare and manage specifications, tender documents and contractor assessments
- Act as Contract Administrator across commercial, public sector and mixed‑use projects
- Lead on party wall and neighbourly matters, preparing notices and schedules of condition
- Provide clear, practical advice to clients and keep them fully updated throughout each project
Requirements
- Degree in Building Surveying
- MRICS status (or committed to achieving chartership)
- Experience across surveys, dilapidations, project work or clerk of works
- AutoCAD and NBS knowledge beneficial
- Organised, proactive and commercially aware
- Full driving licence
