An opportunity to work with a leading international consultancy delivering hyperscale data centre projects in Norway. We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager or Project Director to lead the development of complex, mission-critical data centre projects based in Oslo. This is a client-side, in-country role, responsible for the end-to-end delivery of hyperscale developments within the Norwegian market.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle delivery of hyperscale data centre projects, from early design through to completion
- Act as the primary interface between clients, design teams, contractors, and local stakeholders
- Prepare and manage project programmes, reports, and delivery documentation
- Ensure compliance with project governance, contracts, and Norwegian regulatory requirements
- Drive risk management, change control, and issue resolution across all project stages
About You
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or Project Director within a consultancy or client-side environment
- Strong track record delivering data centre or mission-critical projects
- Demonstrable experience working on projects in Norway, with knowledge of local standards, regulations, and delivery practices
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Professional qualification (RICS, APM, or equivalent) desirable but not essential
- Full right to work in Norway is essential (no sponsorship available)
