Part 2 Architectural Assistant
Location: Southwark, Central London
Salary: £30,000 – £34,000 (Commensurate with Experience)

This opportunity would be ideal for a Part II Architectural Assistant with a minimum of 1 year of UK practice experience, confident working in Revit, and eager to contribute to complex, design-led residential schemes.

Hours
Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm (hybrid flexibility available)
Duties
- Assist project teams in developing design and technical information in Revit
- Support with the preparation of concept design presentations and planning packages
- Contribute to design development and coordination through RIBA Stages 2–4
- Prepare visuals, diagrams and reports to support planning and client submissions
- Collaborate closely with senior architects, technologists and consultants on live projects
- Participate in internal design reviews and help maintain high drawing and BIM standards
Requirements
- Masters Qualified and RIBA Part II qualified Architectural Assistant
- Minimum 1 year of UK practice experience
- Strong Revit skills (essential)
- Experience working on residential or mixed-use projects (preferred)
- Solid understanding of UK planning and building regulation processes
- Proactive, enthusiastic and passionate about high-quality, sustainable design
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
