We are currently representing a market-leading construction company within the Data Centre space. We are on the lookout for a Data Centre experienced Project Lead to join the team. Reporting to the Project Director, the Project Lead will oversee the successful delivery of the project from start to completion. The role requires strong leadership, commercial awareness, and technical expertise to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage overall project cost, schedule, and budget from inception through to completion.
  • Oversee and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure seamless execution of project activities.
  • Analyse, track, and manage critical milestone activities to prevent schedule delays and ensure timely delivery.
  • Review and evaluate construction proposals, pricing, and scopes of work.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience working a similar role within the Data Centre space.
  • Commercially astute, with a strong understanding of project financial management and cost control.
  • Capable of working under pressure to meet demanding schedules while maintaining the highest quality and safety standards.
