OEM Account Manager / National Account Manager / Key Account Manager required to join a leader in oil‑free compressors, vacuum pumps, compressed air systems, and industrial air solutions, covering the Eastern U.S. and Canada. This company specializes in high‑performance solutions for critical environments, including hospitals, laboratories, transit systems, power generation facilities, and data centers. They provide robust, efficient systems for industries requiring reliable air and vacuum solutions.
This is an exciting opportunity for an OEM Account Manager, National Account Manager, or Key Account Manager with expertise in compressed air, vacuum systems, industrial compressors, and power generation to drive growth, expand market share, and build strategic partnerships across the Eastern U.S. and Canada.
Compensation: Base salary circa $90,000 base salary + commission. Health benefits and 401k. Remote position with travel across Eastern U.S. and Canada.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for oil-free compressors, vacuum systems, compressed air solutions, and industrial pumps in collaboration with channel partners, end users, and the National Sales Manager.
- Drive market share growth by expanding into new business areas and key accounts in power generation, data centers, and critical infrastructure sectors.
- Promote and sell products like rotary screw compressors, reciprocating compressors, vacuum pumps, nitrogen generators, and dryers for diverse industrial applications.
- Manage relationships at the corporate level, ensuring satisfaction across sales, engineering, customer service teams, and marketing.
- Cultivate in-depth knowledge of compressed air systems, vacuum pumps, and industrial filtration systems to identify new market opportunities and solutions.
- Build and execute a territory business plan to increase promotion of the company’s full product range, including medical gas systems, oil-free compressors, vacuum systems, and air filtration systems.
- Attend trade shows and represent the company’s product offerings across the industrial, power generation, data center, and manufacturing sectors.
Requirements:
- BS/BA degree required.
- 5+ years of experience in capital equipment sales, with strong knowledge in compressed air systems, vacuum systems, industrial pumps, oil-free compressors, and power generation solutions.
- Proven experience selling to industrial users, hospitals, data centers, manufacturers, and power generation facilities.
- Familiarity with products such as rotary screw compressors, vacuum systems, medical gas systems, air dryers, and compressed air filtration systems.
- Experience managing and developing relationships with distributors, OEMs, and engineering teams.
- Ability to scope products, create custom solutions, and collaborate on engineered applications.
- Strong territory management skills and the ability to expand networks and sales channels.
