Manufacturing Manager / Engineering Manager / Senior Manufacturing Engineer required for a manufacturer in Cleveland, OH. The role involves leading and managing manufacturing engineers and mechanical assemblers within the facility, focusing on process improvement and automation.
The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in:
- Leading a team of engineers and improving manufacturing processes, preferably in flow control, valves, pumps, or rotating equipment products.
- Overseeing engineering projects from conception through to completion, ensuring they are executed on time, within budget, and meet technical specifications.
- Taking a hands-on approach to support the team in solving technical challenges, particularly in automation and process improvement.
- Regularly reporting to the VP of Operations on project progress, team performance, and areas for improvement.
- Continuously evaluating and refining engineering processes and workflows to drive improvements in efficiency, cost reduction, and product quality.
Requirements:
- Proven experience leading a manufacturing team, ideally in a Manufacturing Manager / Engineering Manager / Senior Manufacturing Engineer position.
- Experience with manufacturing flow control, valves, pumps, or rotating equipment product lines.
- Hands-on experience in process improvement and manufacturing automation.
- Based in Cleveland, OH or willing to relocate.
Package: Up to $120,000 base salary + discretionary bonus, health, dental & vision, 401(k).
