Service Engineer / Field Service Technician / HVAC Engineer required to join a global HVAC manufacturer.

Service Engineer / Field Service Technician / HVAC Engineer will provide service, maintenance & installation of heat exchanger systems, cooling equipment and other associated products at customer sites covering the UK.

Full product training provided.

Service Engineer / Field Service Technician / HVAC Engineer must have experience with experience working on HVAC systems or similar relatable products.

Responsibilities

  • To provide service, maintenance & installation of heat exchanger systems, cooling equipment and other associated products.
  • Undertake planned and preventative maintenance, provide advice, diagnostics and fault finding on HVAC equipment including eat exchanger systems and cooling equipment.
  • Liaise with various engineering departments.
  • Provide excellent customer service to promote repeat service sales
  • This is a field-based role covering the UK.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience within the HVAC industry, ideally working with heat exchanger systems and cooling equipment
  • Willingness to cover the UK with some overnight stays required
  • Mechanical or Electrical engineering qualifications are advantageous.
  • Experience with maintenance and repair of complex systems and ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics.
  • Full driving licence is required.
