Service Engineer / Service Technician / Electromechanical Engineer required to join a global, leading engineering manufacturer.
The successful Service Engineer / Service Technician / Electromechanical will provide mechanical and electrical repair, servicing, overhaul, and maintenance of high-precision stamping machines and associated electromechanical systems across a range of engineering industries throughout the UK.
The Service Engineer / Service Technician / electromechanical Engineerwill ideally have hands-on mechanical experience with electromechanical systems, including PLC controls and motor systems.
Site-based near Telford and field role covering the UK / Overseas.

- Electromechanical Service Engineer / Field Service Technician Role
- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance of electromechanical systems.
- Work with PLC controls, relay logic, industrial PCs, and replace motor systems.
- Provide emergency breakdown repairs and troubleshooting on-site.
- Field-based role covering the UK, with occasional travel to the Middle East (Dubai, Saudi Arabia) after skill development.
- Must live within a commutable distance to the factory in Telford.
- Electromechanical Service Engineer / Field Service Technician Requirements
- Proven service and maintenance skills in mechanical and electromechanical systems.
- Strong background in PLC controls, IPCs, and mechanical systems.
- Hands-on experience with presses and electromechanical systems is advantageous.
- Mechanical engineering background.
- Full UK driver’s licence and flexibility to travel across the UK and to the Middle East.
