Workshop Electrician / Electrician / Electrical Engineerrequired to join a UK leading industrial engineering supplier based near Southampton.

The SuccessfulWorkshop Electrician / Electrician / Electrical Engineer will provide electrical fault finding, diagnostic, test and installation electric pumps, control panels and other related products at the workshop in Southampton.

TheWorkshop Electrician / Electrician / Electrical Engineer will have electrical maintenance / installation experience within industrial, commercial and or construction of electrical systems such as circuits, control panels and other electrical systems / components.

Workshop Electrician / Electrician / Electrical Engineerrole:

  • Will provide electrical fault finding, diagnostic, test and installation electric pumps, control panels and other related products at the workshop in Southampton.
  • Will be responsible for inspection and testing of all electrical equipment returned to branch, including fault finding and diagnostic work of electric pumps, inverters, control panels, and related ancillary products.
  • Make sure that all products are in line with manufacturing specifications before leaving the workshop for delivery.
  • Ability to complete technical documentation as work is progresses.
  • To perform other duties as assigned from time to time and liaise with various engineering departments

Workshop Electrician / Electrician / Electrical Engineer Requirements:

  • Experience as an electrician, electrical engineer, maintenance engineer, electromechanical engineer, workshop electrician or similar.
  • Will have electrical maintenance / installation experience within industrial, commercial and or construction of electrical systems such as circuits, control panels and other electrical systems / components.
  • Will have worked as an electrician within an environment such as construction / utilities.
  • 18 Edition wiring regulation is desirable.
  • Must have an electrical engineering qualification, of NVQ Level or higher.
  • Willingness to commute to the workshop in Staffordshire.
