Service Technician / Field Service Technician / Compressor Engineer required to join a leading compressed air solutions provider covering the Southern Minnesota Area. The successful candidate will provide electrical and mechanical repair, service, validation, and testing of compressed air downstream systems at customer sites.
The role involves:
- Providing electrical and mechanical repair, service, and maintenance of compressed air products, systems, and solutions at customer sites.
- Undertaking planned and preventative maintenance, commissioning, diagnostics, and fault finding of various compressed air systems.
- Maintaining, repairing, installing, validating & testing a wide range of compressor systems such as rotary screw compressors, rotary vein compressors, dryers, condensate technology, filtration, and related equipment.
- Identifying and providing customers with compressed air improvements, upgrades, or general aftercare support.
- Liaising with various engineering departments.
Based in Southern Minnesota, covering Cannon Falls, Kasson, Hastings, Rochester, Northfield, Austin, Owatonna, Stewartville, Winona, Red Wing, Albert Lea, and surrounding areas.
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with industrial air compressors, blowers or vacuum pumps.
- Experience in the service and maintenance of compressed air system components.
- Familiarity with preventative maintenance procedures and troubleshooting techniques.
- Competence in electrical and mechanical fault finding.
- Comfortable working independently in a field-based service role.
- Strong customer-facing communication skills and a professional, solutions-oriented mindset.
