Service Engineer / Field Service Technician / Compressor Engineer required to join a leading compressed air manufacturer & distributor covering Greenville, SC.

The Successful Service Engineer / Field Service Technician / Compressor Engineer will provide electrical and mechanical repair, service, validation, and testing of compressed air downstream equipment.

The Service Engineer / Field Service Technician / Compressor Engineer will ideally have a field service background in servicing compressed air downstream equipment, vacuum pumps, blowers & dryers, filtration or similar compressed air systems.

Package: $30 – $40 Per Hour

Service Engineer / Field Service Technician / Compressor Engineer Role

To provide electrical and mechanical repair, service and maintenance of compressed air products, systems and solutions at customer sites. The Compressor Service Engineer will undertake planned and preventative maintenance, commissioning, diagnostics, fault finding of various compressed air downstream systems. Maintain, repair, install, validation & testing of varied compressor systems such as air compressors, blowers, dryers, condensate technology, filtration and more. Identifying and providing the customer with compressed air improvements, upgrades, or general aftercare of compressor products. Liaise with various engineering departments.

Manufacturing training provided.

Based in Greenville, SC.

Service Engineer / Field Service Technician / Compressor Engineer Requirements

Proven diagnostic skills on complicated mechanical engineering or downstream equipment. Experience as a Field Service Engineer / Service Engineer / Service Technician / Installation Engineer / Compressor Engineer or similar. The ability in maintaining good professional working relationships with existing and new compressor customers. Good working knowledge of air compressor downstream equipment.

A field service background in servicing compressors, instrumentation, filtration, hydraulics or similar compressed air products & systems. Based in Greenville, SC covering the local area.
