A Service Sales Engineer / Technical Sales Representative / Building Systems Engineer is required to join an industry leader in Georgia. The successful candidate will come from a technical sales/service sales background or have previous experience in selling a range of BAS and HVAC controls to engineers, contractors, and owners.
Package: $70,000 - $90,000 Bonus scheme 401k Life Insurance PTO Car Allowance
Role:
- Offering consultative guidance on building automation and HVAC systems to engineers, contractors, and building owners.
- Preparing estimates for control system hardware and installation based on project drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
- Collaborating closely with engineering and technical staff to ensure smooth project execution.
- Leading industry presentations and educational seminars to inform and influence consultants, contractors, and building professionals.
- Partnering with clients to define scope and pricing for service agreements, system upgrades, tenant fit-outs, and training initiatives.
Requirements:
- Exceptional verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities
