Office: London (Old Street area)
Full-time, Monday to Friday
Duties:
- Lead and coordinate technical delivery on complex residential and mixed-use projects
- Produce high-quality production and construction information (RIBA Stages 3β5)
- Collaborate with internal and external teams during meetings and technical reviews
- Liaise with contractors and consultants during project delivery
- Contribute to business development by supporting strong project outcomes
- Mentor junior team members and assist in technical upskilling across the studio
Requirements:
- Strong experience delivering residential or mixed-use schemes, ideally large-scale
- A background in Revit-based technical design and documentation
- Familiarity with construction detailing and building envelope packages
- Confident in leading meetings and engaging with a client network
- Effective communicator with excellent team coordination skills
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite advantageous
