The successful Manufacturing Manager / CNC Process Engineer / Senior CNC Programmerwill work onsite near Dayton, OH and be responsible for optimizing machining processes by creating CNC programs for milling and turning and manage a team where you will provide training and technical guidance on CNC Programming. You will play a part in the continuous improvement of the company by implementing new processes to reduce downtime.
The Manufacturing Manager / CNC Process Engineer / Senior CNC Programmerwill ideally be degree qualified in mechanical engineering or manufacturing and have prior experience managing a team within a CNC or manufacturing setting.
