HVAC Controls Territory Manager / Territory Sales Manager / Territory Manager
Required to work for a global HVAC organisation selling HVAC controls in Latin America.
Will be responsible for business development and sales in their assigned territory to engineers, contractors and business owners. Inheriting exciting accounts and focusing on the business development of new clients.
The ideal HVAC Controls Territory Manager / Territory Sales Manager / Territory Manager will have to speak fluently in English and Spanish.
Package:
- Salary Range: $85,000 – $110,000
- Uncapped commission

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with consulting engineers, contractors, facility teams, and public‑sector stakeholders to influence project design, specifications, and equipment selections.
- Assess customer requirements and present multiple technical solution options across a broad HVAC product portfolio.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of chillers, airside systems, packaged units, splits, controls, VRF, and overall system performance to support accurate recommendations.
- Prepare detailed estimates, quotations, and bid proposals for both new and repeat customers, ensuring commercially competitive and technically sound submissions.
- Support clients through installation and post‑sale phases to ensure successful project delivery and secure repeat business, while planning sales activities to maximise time in front of customers.
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 3+ years experience in HVAC and HVAC Controls Systems
- Fluent in Spanish and English (read/write/speak)
- Knowledge of HVAC design and applications would be preferred
- Experience and comfortable with International Travel
