Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of installation technicians in delivering high-quality plumbing systems for residential projects, including but not limited to: re-pipes, water heaters, water filtration systems, toilets, etc.
- Plan and organize installation activities, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
- Review install templates and specifications to determine materials, tools, and equipment needed.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer expectations are met.
Requirements:
- Proven leadership experience in a field installation or technician role, managing small to mid-sized teams.
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on residential plumbing experience, including re-pipes, water heaters, water filtration systems, and fixture installations.
- Strong understanding of local plumbing codes, manufacturer specifications, and installation best practices.
- Skilled in using CRM systems to document job progress, customer interactions, and submit required paperwork.
