The Role
Join an established AJ100 UK Architecture Practice! We are looking for an experienced Lead Architect to take the reins on a range of Education and/or High-Rise Residential projects from our offices in Kent, or Clerkenwell. This role is ideal for a Senior Architect, or Lead Architect with 3–4 years’ experience leading project teams, from concept design through delivery, within a collaborative and design-led studio.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead multi-disciplinary teams on education or high-density residential schemes
- Oversee design development, technical detailing, and documentation (RIBA Stages 2–6)
- Coordinate BIM workflows and model management using ArchiCAD and/or Revit
- Act as client point-of-contact and support project reporting, deadlines, and quality control
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to internal best practice initiatives
What You’ll Bring
