The Role

Join an established AJ100 UK Architecture Practice! We are looking for an experienced Lead Architect to take the reins on a range of Education and/or High-Rise Residential projects from our offices in Kent, or Clerkenwell. This role is ideal for a Senior Architect, or Lead Architect with 3–4 years’ experience leading project teams, from concept design through delivery, within a collaborative and design-led studio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead multi-disciplinary teams on education or high-density residential schemes
  • Oversee design development, technical detailing, and documentation (RIBA Stages 2–6)
  • Coordinate BIM workflows and model management using ArchiCAD and/or Revit
  • Act as client point-of-contact and support project reporting, deadlines, and quality control
  • Mentor junior staff and contribute to internal best practice initiatives

What You’ll Bring

  • ARB/RIBA qualified with UK project delivery experience
  • Minimum 3–4 years in a project leadership or job-running role
  • Strong portfolio across education and/or high-rise residential sectors
  • Proficient in ArchiCAD and/or Revit
  • Confident communicator with strong knowledge of UK building regulations
