Salary: $95,000 – $115,000
Overview:
Verto People is hiring three Intermediate Designers on behalf of a highly respected architecture practice in Manhattan. The firm is known for delivering ambitious and technically complex projects across the cultural, civic, educational, and institutional sectors. These roles are focused on technical production, coordination, and documentation. Ideal candidates will have between 5 and 10 years of experience and a strong command of Revit.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and refine detailed design documentation in Revit across various project phases

Support senior team members with drawing production, technical studies, and coordination tasks

Work closely with internal teams to ensure drawing accuracy and consistency with project standards

Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and other disciplines during production phases

Assist with design development by translating sketches and concepts into clear technical outputs

Participate in internal reviews and contribute to resolving design and coordination challenges

Maintain quality and efficiency in model and drawing management
Required Experience:

5 to 10 years of professional experience in architecture

Strong Revit skills with hands-on project experience, ideally on large-scale or institutional buildings
