- Provide administrative and sales support to the external sales team and customers.
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and customer documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Manage customer communications and track enquiries through CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar.
- Handle general admin tasks including data entry, order processing, purchase orders, and document control.
