HVAC Service Technician

Service Technician / Service Engineer / HVAC Technician will be joining a family-owned company providing air conditioning services, plumbing services and air quality services.

Service Technician / Service Engineer / HVAC Technician will be responsible for servicing, inspecting and diagnosing mechanical HVAC systems.

An ideal Service Technician / Service Engineer / HVAC Technician will be able to maintain up-to-date and accurate inventory of all HVAC-related equipment and resources.

Package & Location:

$50K – $85K based on experience.

Bonus opportunities.

Company vehicle.

Overtime available.

Between Tampa & Orlando.

Service Technician / Service Engineer / HVAC Technician responsibilities:

• Photograph, record, and document the status of HVAC systems before and after work is performed using CRM software
• Present 3–5 service options tailored to meet customer needs
• Accurately read and interpret gauges and meters to evaluate superheat and subcooling for proper charging and servicing
• Participate in rotating on-call shifts as needed

Service Technician / Service Engineer / HVAC Technician requirements:

• 2 – 4 years\’ worth of Service experience.
• Strong understanding & knowledge of HVAC systems.
• Proven experience with residential sites.
• Skilled in using CRM systems to document job progress, customer interactions, and submit required paperwork.
