A family-owned company providing air conditioning services, plumbing services and air quality services is looking for a Service Technician / Service Engineer / HVAC Technician. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing, inspecting and diagnosing mechanical HVAC systems.
An ideal candidate will be able to maintain up-to-date and accurate inventory of all HVAC-related equipment and resources.
Package & Location:
- $50K - $85K based on experience
- Bonus opportunities

Responsibilities:
- Photograph, record, and document the status of HVAC systems before and after work is performed using CRM software
- Present 3–5 service options tailored to meet customer needs
- Accurately read and interpret gauges and meters to evaluate superheat and subcooling for proper charging and servicing
- Participate in rotating on-call shifts as needed
Requirements:
- 2 – 4 years' worth of service experience
- Strong understanding & knowledge of HVAC systems
- Proven experience with residential sites
- Skilled in using CRM systems to document job progress, customer interactions, and submit required paperwork
