We are seeking a Sales Representative / Sales Engineer / Sales Consultant to work for one of the largest HVAC-R distributors based in Florida. The role involves expanding the brand through prospecting and driving revenue via key partnerships. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced environment, engaging in full days of sales activities with various HVAC contractors within a designated territory. The focus is on developing new business among prospects while nurturing relationships with existing legacy customers.
Package & Location:
- $55,000 - $75,000 depending on experience
- High uncapped commission scheme
- On target earnings between $100,000 - $200,000
- Based in Florida
Responsibilities:
- Executing the sales process to completion by developing and maintaining relationships and building trust with influencers and decision-makers within each customer's and prospect's business.
- Continuously developing sales skills and product knowledge to recommend solutions based on each contractor's business needs.
- Maintaining CRM activities to maximize the quality of interactions and provide value during engagements.
- Collaborating with Resource Center Leaders within your territory to ensure high-quality service and meet customer needs.
Role Requirements:
- At least 3 years of B2B outside sales experience with HVAC contractors.
- Effective time management skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility, actively listen, and uncover opportunities and challenges to offer tailored solutions.
- Ability to create sales opportunities by investing quality time understanding each contractor's business.
