Midweight FF&E Designer
Location: Bermondsey, London
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 p/annum
Our client is an internationally acclaimed interior design studio, renowned for its expertise in luxury hospitality interior projects. With a reputation for delivering sophisticated, immersive, andbeautifully crafted spaces, this fantastic studio collaborates with some of the world’s most prestigious hotels, bars and restaurants.
We are now looking for a Midweight FF&E Designer to join their fast growing and talented team in Central London. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a collaborative and fast-growing studio where creativity, craftsmanship, and innovation are at the heart of every project. Office:
- Hours: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday
- Location: Bermondsey, London
Duties:
- Source, curate, and specify FF&E items, ensuring they align with the studio’s design vision and project requirements.
- Manage procurement, liaising with suppliers, artisans, and manufacturers to ensure the highest quality and timely delivery.
- Assist in the development of mood boards, material palettes, and FF&E schedules that enhance the overall design concept.
- Work closely with senior designers and interior architects to ensure seamless integration of FF&E elements.
- Prepare and present design concepts and material selections to clients with confidence and professionalism.
- Support in the coordination and installation of FF&E on-site, ensuring design integrity is upheld.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends, materials, and innovations in the luxury hospitality sector.
Requirements:
- Degree qualified (or equivalent) in Interior Design or a related field.
- Proven experience working on luxury hospitality interiors (hotel, restaurant, high-end Retail or high-end residential projects).
- Strong knowledge of FF&E procurement, materials, finishes, and suppliers.
- Excellent eye for detail, colour, and composition, with a refined understanding of luxury aesthetics.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and EstiPC or EstiMac
- A high-quality portfolio showcasing exceptional FF&E design and documentation.
