Service Manager / Field Service Supervisor / Service Department Lead will oversee the daily operations of a regional service department, managing technicians and driving performance across service delivery, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Service Manager / Field Service Supervisor / Service Department Lead will ensure team alignment with SOPs, provide mentorship, and play a key role in developing long-term customer relationships through service agreements.

• $70,000 – $100,000
• Full-time schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• Locations: Tampa, FL, Orlando, FL, Jacksonville, FL & Thomasville, GA
Service Manager / Field Service Supervisor / Service Department Lead responsibilities:
• Manage daily operations and personnel within the service department, coaching and mentoring team members
• Conduct Quarterly Conversations and performance reviews in line with TTI SOPs
• Deliver high-quality service while upholding company values and customer satisfaction standards
• Oversee scheduling, job planning, resource allocation, and field team coordination
• Build and maintain customer relationships, focusing on equipment longevity and maintenance agreements
• Promote preventative maintenance contracts and support revenue growth through service initiatives
• Support service technician growth through training and development paths
Service Manager / Field Service Supervisor / Service Department Lead requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education a plus)
• Minimum 10 years of service/maintenance experience with fuel-fired boiler and burner equipment
• At least 5 years in a supervisory or management role
• Strong skills in communication, leadership, project scheduling, conflict resolution, and safety management
• Preferred experience with: PLCs, hydronic/steam systems, burner management systems, and gas-oil burner equipment
