BIM Coordinator

Location: Central London
Salary: £50,000 – £52,000 per annum

With a reputation for design excellence and a collaborative, forward-thinking culture, this studio offers the chance to work on large-scale, high-profile International Infrastructure projects that shape the future of transport and infrastructure across the globe.

This opportunity would be ideal for a BIM Coordinator or Senior BIM Coordinator with proven experience in large-scale projects and is confident using Revit and Navisworks as their primary softwares.

Office: Central London

Hours: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday

Duties:

  • Apply ISO 19650 standards across all assigned projects.
  • Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans, Responsibility Matrices, and Task Information Delivery Plans.
  • Set up and manage project models in Revit and Common Data Environments.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary model integration, clash detection, and issue resolution.
  • Deliver in-house BIM training, support, and guidance to project teams including Architects and Designers.
  • Ensure adherence to project BIM standards and carry out quality control checks.

Requirements:

  • Expert user of Revit and Navisworks is essential
  • Experience delivering medium-to-large, complex architectural projects
  • Familiarity with Dynamo, BIM360 / ACC and CDE workflows.
  • Knowledge of model validation, QA processes, and COBie data requirements
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Architectural background or equivalent relevant qualification
