Assembler

Location: State College
We are seeking an Assembler / Large Batch Operator / Mixer Operator / Batching Operator / Laborer to join a growing manufacturer in State College.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a factory or directly for a manufacturer.

- $20PH – $25PH

Responsibilities include:
- Set up and operate large batch mixing and blending equipment following established procedures and production schedules.
- Accurately measure, weigh, and load raw materials based on batch sheets and specifications.
- Monitor process conditions (temperature, time, mixing speed) and adjust as necessary to ensure product quality.
- Perform in-process quality checks and document results.
- Maintain detailed and accurate production records, including lot numbers and material usage.
- Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas according to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing role; experience in food, chemical, or pharmaceutical industries is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to read and follow batch sheets and SOPs (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
