Location: West London
Salary: £35,000 – £38,000 per annum

The studio is seeking an ambitious and talented Architectural Technologist to join their well-established team, delivering exceptional projects across the UK.
This opportunity would be ideal for a qualified Architectural Technologist with proven experience in the residential/mixed-use sector and confidence using Revit in a BIM-led environment.

Office:
- Hours:9:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday
Duties:
- Prepare tender and technical design packages from RIBA Stage 3 onwards
- Work closely with Associate Directors and team members on all project stages
- Attend external project meetings and contribute to internal design reviews
- Liaise with suppliers to obtain technical product information
- Assist in developing and maintaining BIM standards, technical libraries, and specifications
- Ensure compliance with CIAT Code of Conduct and Assael’s Quality Management System
Requirements:
- CIAT-registered with a minimum of 2 years\’ post-qualification experience
- Proven track record working on large-scale residential projects in the UK
- Strong working knowledge of Revit
- Experience using NBS Chorus for specification writing
- Good understanding of UK Building Regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
