Sales Representative / Aftermarket Sales Representative / Outside Sales Representative will be focusing on growth sales within a defined territory managing accounts. They will be required to improve efficiency and improvements of customer equipment, ensuring strong relationships are created and maintained at all levels. An ideal candidate will have knowledge of Boilers and HVAC sales, whilst being curious to learn more.

Package and Location:

  • Base salary between £60,000 / $85,000
  • OTE around $120,000 / $130,000
  • 401K, Medical and Dental Insurance
  • 7 Paid Holidays
  • Location: Jacksonville / Orlando

Responsibilities:

  • Successfully handle the advancement and completion of multiple simultaneous customer projects
  • Troubleshoot and evaluate systems to make recommendations for system corrections, improvements, and upgrades
  • Utilize computer skills to create presentations, reports, territory trends, job logs, CRM updates, OneNotes, etc.
  • Serve as a strategic resource to customers relative to product, operations, regulation compliance, availability and expertise of manpower to perform upgrades, repairs and maintenance

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of outside sales experience and a high school diploma is required
  • Boiler/HVAC knowledge is highly desirable and a technical aptitude with the curiosity to learn is required
  • Computer proficiency with programs such as Microsoft
  • Exceptional customer service acumen and professional communication skills
