Business Development Manager

Business Development Manager / Business Development Executive / Sales Engineer required to join an engineering distributor based in Andover, Hampshire. The Business Development Manager/ Business Development Executive / Sales Engineer will primarily focus on developing new business and increasing sales across the UK in different industries such as Oil & Gas, Aerospace, Automotive, Manufacturing and more. The Business Development Manager/ Business Development Executive / Sales Engineer will be office based in Andover with extensive travel required around the UK to meet clients. You will strategically plan which companies you want to target and then build and develop relationships with those accounts. This role would suit someone in internal sales looking to progress into an external sales position or someone who has only been in external sales for a short amount of time and is looking to progress. Package £40,000 Base Salary, £60,000 OTE Commission Pension Scheme 25 days holiday + bank holidays Progression Opportunities Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UK, nurture client relationships, and manage your sales pipeline through a CRM system Develop your client base across a range of industries such as Oil & Gas, Aerospace, Automotive, Manufacturing and more.
