Vertiv is seeking an HR Generalist in Southampton to support employees and managers across the UK in all aspects of the employee lifecycle and people strategy. You will join a large EMEA HR team and report into the HR Business Partner Manager for the UK, Nordics & Benelux.

The ideal candidate will provide expert HR advice, manage employee relations, and assist in driving continuous improvement in HR processes.

Qualifications include a CIPD Level 5 and experience in HR advisory roles.
