The Role

  • Own the entire bid lifecycle — from Go/No-Go to mobilization handover
  • Build and lead a team (Senior Bid Managers, Coordinators & Knowledge specialists)
  • Design the storyboard methodology that turns proposals into winning narratives
  • Chair SteerCo governance with President & VP-level stakeholders
  • Deliver measurable win-rate improvement within 12 months

You

  • 10+ years leading complex bids in data centers / critical infrastructure
  • Have moved win rates, not just tracked them
  • Hyperscaler, colo, or sovereign project experience
  • Mastery of TCO, RIBA frameworks, and stage-gate governance
  • Think commercially, challenge intelligently, build relentlessly
