Key Responsibilities
- Perform inspections and quality testing throughout production
- Document inspection results and report non-conformances
- Calibrate and maintain quality tools
- Partner with production to resolve issues and drive improvements
Note: The above duties are not exhaustive. Other duties may be required at the discretion of the line manager.
Essential Skills, Qualifications/Experience
- 2+ years of relevant experience in this field
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset
Additional Requirements
- Frequent standing and moving within a manufacturing environment
- Working in a manufacturing environment around machinery and equipment
- Protective Equipment Required (safety shoes, eyewear, earplugs, gloves, etc. where required)
Desirable Skills, Qualifications/Experience
- Ability to read engineering drawings and use measurement tools
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 and quality methodologies
- Experience with Switchgear, UPS, CRAC units, STS, or busbar systems is an advantage
