Job Description

We are looking for a Production Supervisor to join our team at our Campsie facility in Derry.
Responsibilities
- Distribute work to the different teams on the floor
- Keep record of projects on the Floor and track their progress
- Having daily meetings with the Production team leaders to assess progress on jobs
- Work to a timed Production Schedule
- Look after the employees holidays after they get their holiday request sheet signed by the Manager
- Conduct 5’s checks on each Dept. to ensure adequate house keeping
- Upkeep of the ISO9001 standard and conduct daily checks
- Liaise with BSI Auditor
- Clock in reports & time keeping issues
- Conduct interviews for Production floor
- Conduct all return to work
- Conduct / sit-in in all Disciplinary hearings
Qualifications
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong leadership, management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
