This role is responsible for the management of the full project life cycle from implementation through to final closure - specifically managing the delivery of refrigeration/HVAC projects at key Data centre sites! The role also ensures that project delivery is within pre-defined acceptance criteria for requested timescales and budgets whilst promoting and maintaining excellent rapport with both internal and external stakeholders.
Compensation package: Salary, car, 25 days holiday, 8% pension, life assurance, income protection and health cash policy.
Main responsibilities:
- Effective management of projects to ensure efficient and timely delivery of all project obligations;
- Ensures projects are delivered in line with the opening margin;
- Seeks improvement possibilities during the project life cycle without compromising on quality;
- Provides assistance as required across the business to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements:
- Minimum HND Graduate, preferably with an M&E bias or suitable M&E engineering experience;
- Strong experience managing M&E contracts preferably to Prince2 standard or equivalent;
- Working knowledge of commercial contract agreements;
- Working knowledge of project planning tools, especially Microsoft Project;
- Self-motivated and capable of operating with minimal supervision.
