The role of Enterprise Account Executive is a key position within the Enterprise, Commercial & Light Industrial team. The individual will develop and manage mid-tier sales, engaging with a variety of customer accounts that reside with the end user and contractor community.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and sell UPS/Thermal Management & IRS products.
- Establish Vertiv as a supplier of choice and build sustainable long-term relationships with the customer base.
- Produce, manage, track, and close sales opportunities through quotation selection and the C1 Quote Platform.
- Secure order intake and coordinate necessary sales/marketing support activities.
- Collaborate with the Accounts Director to design and execute a sales strategy targeting account growth and share of wallet capture, meeting or exceeding individual annual order plans.
- Participate in forecast, pipeline reviews, and project coordination meetings to map key opportunities and drive growth within the customer base.
- Consistently promote Vertiv’s product offerings throughout the hierarchy of customer accounts.
- Utilize reporting and forecasting platforms to facilitate pipeline discipline, growth, and forecasting accuracy.
- Map stakeholders and engage with content that is relevant and tailored to customer needs.
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders, establishing trust and strengthening repeat business.
