The Global Partner Strategy & Transformation Manager is responsible for driving the strategy, consistency, and transformation of Vertiv’s partner ecosystem globally, with an initial focus on the Consultant Program and expansion into broader partner segments (e.g., channel, contractors). This role combines strategic leadership and hands-on execution to ensure consistent frameworks, scalable engagement models, and measurable business impact across regions. In parallel, the role supports key cross-functional transformation initiatives (e.g., Revenue Pods), acting as a flexible resource to accelerate priority marketing programs aligned with Vertiv’s growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consultant Program Leadership
    • Continue scaling and institutionalizing the Global Consultant Program
    • Ensure consistent execution across mature (EMEA, NA) and growth regions (Asia, LATAM, India, China)
    • Drive governance, framework adoption, and pipeline impact
  • Partner Ecosystem Strategy & Consistency
    • Support definition and alignment of global frameworks across partner segments
    • Ensure consistency in engagement models, partner program value proposition, tools, and KPIs across regions
    • Act as a central point of coordination to scale best practices globally
  • Commercial & Engagement Models
    • Design scalable engagement approaches for priority consultant and partner accounts
    • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Technical teams to strengthen ecosystem influence on pipeline
  • Data, Tracking & Performance
    • Build and maintain tracking frameworks to measure partner ecosystem impact on pipeline and revenue
    • Improve visibility, consistency, and data quality across regions
  • Strategic Transformation Initiatives
    • Support and drive transformation projects owned by Field & Integrated Marketing COE
    • Identify and lead high-impact initiatives from scoping to execution
    • Provide structured problem-solving and execution support to senior stakeholders
  • Cross-functional & Executive Alignment
    • Work with senior stakeholders globally to align priorities and ensure execution
    • Act as a connector across regions and functions

  • Global COEs and Regional Marketing leaders (NAM, EMEA, LATAM, APAC)
  • Global and Regional Sales teams including channel and enablement
  • Regional engineers (Technical Sales, Application Engineers, Solutions Architects)
  • Learning & Development and IT
  • Portfolio / Offering and Brand teams
  • Field & Integrated Marketing

Experience & Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in marketing strategy, transformation, commercial excellence, or go-to-market roles, ideally within partner ecosystems or indirect sales models.
  • Proven experience in global B2B, IT environments.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills across Sales, Marketing, Portfolio, Application Engineering, and regional teams.
  • Solid understanding of partner-led go-to-market ecosystems, including consultants, channel partners, and indirect sales models.
  • Experience driving global programs and balancing consistency in frameworks for local execution.
  • Demonstrated experience leading strategic initiatives or transformation projects from definition through execution.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

  • Ability to operate independently and drive initiatives with a high level of ownership and accountability.

  • Professional proficiency in English required (minimum C1 level).
