Vertiv are hiring an experienced Recruiter to specialise in EMEA Field Service recruiting. What would your responsibilities be? Build robust connections with key stakeholders and hiring managers, elevating the visibility of our Recruitment Team through proactive engagement. Craft and implement strategic recruitment directions alongside our team, shaping the future of talent acquisition at Vertiv. Develop and deliver cutting-edge presentations, offering insight into market trends, specialist recruitment strategies, and forecasting. Collaborate with hiring managers to craft detailed recruitment plans, ensuring a robust candidate pipeline for each vacancy. Provide regular reports and market information to hiring managers, empowering them with actionable insights. Implement creative solutions to source top-tier candidates, fostering relationships with recruitment suppliers and driving candidate generation. Offer candidates and managers comprehensive CV and interview feedback, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience. Contribute to project work, refining recruitment processes, and delivering impactful training sessions within the team. What will make you successful? Proven success in Field Service/Engineering recruitment, either electrical or mechanical Ability to effectively liaise with clients, showcasing a positive, decisive, and forward-thinking approach. Strong reasoning, reporting, and organizational skills, complemented by excellent presentation abilities. Sound understanding of market sectors, competitors, and adept problem-solving and negotiation skills. Project professionalism, influence at all levels, and network within large client sites. A resilient, flexible attitude coupled with an achievement orientation, driving activities to successful conclusions. Experience in on-site environments or familiarity with on-site interview demands. Proven experience managing complex accounts and client situations, including competency-based interviewing.
