Key responsibilities:- Applying wet paint finishes to manufactured components.
- Operating spray guns and painting equipment to achieve required coating thickness and finish.
- Preparing surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming.
- Inspecting surfaces before and after painting to ensure high quality standards.
- Mixing paints and coatings to specified ratios and maintaining accurate records.
- Identifying and correcting paint defects where possible.
- Cleaning and maintaining painting equipment.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working area.
- Following all health, safety, and PPE requirements.

Essential Skills, Qualifications/Experience:- At least 1 years' experience as a Wet Paint Sprayer or in a similar industrial role.
- Experience using spray guns and wet paint application techniques.
- Knowledge of surface preparation and coating materials.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to follow work instructions and specifications.
- Experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Ability to read work orders or basic drawings.
- Experience maintaining paint mix and quality records.
